Train & rehearse for a full-scale Broadway Musical with the Los Angeles area's premier musical theatre company for youth! CCLO is the longest established, most comprehensive and most professional theatre program for young people on the West Side.

With alumni currently playing leading roles on Broadway and in National Broadway Tours, the award-winning CCLO was Voted Best of L.A., 2009 and 2010 by L.A. Parent Magazine and is the recipient of several National Youth Arts awards.

CCLO is designed for students at every skill level. All programs are intermediaries between Educational Theatre & the professional stage. Everyone is accepted into Summer Theatre Conservatory!

PLAYGROUND THEME: FAIRYTALES ON BROADWAY!

SHOWCASE PERFORMANCE: Friday, July 13th @ 6pm

Summer Theatre Playground

Creative drama and musical theatre explorations with the Los Angeles area's award-winning premier performing arts company for youth! Young artists will build and develop performance skills and make personal discoveries as they work together as a collaborative community. Session culminates with a thematic Showcase presentation combining participants' original works with published Broadway material. Voted Best of L.A. 2009 and 2010, and recipient of several National Youth Arts Awards in both Senior and Junior Division, CCLO promises an active, engaging, validating and fun-filled environment.

Orientation – Day one of workshop
Selecting a program of this nature is collaboration between parent, child and instructor. Therefore, we ask a family representative stay for a brief Orientation on the first day of SUMMER THEATRE PLAYGROUND. Orientation will 1) help your child transition into the program 2) provide you with an opportunity to meet our experienced staff 3) allow us to familiarize you with all aspects of our program. We look forward to meeting everyone!
